General Fulfillment Policies
If the item for sale is for pre order, the item will be shipped in the time described in that items description.
Updates will be added to "wheres my order???" page, social media, and directly emailed to customers.
Each item will ALWAYS have a time frame of when it will be shipped in the product description, and will ship within that time frame. If there is a delay, the customers will know through social media or email. 
Once the product is done being made, the item will ship right away with tracking provided and sent to the customer via email.
 
Refunds are looked at on a case by case basis. We will find a resolution no matter what so don't hesitate to contact me via the "contact" page.
Returns will be accepted for a wrong item delivery. There will either be a refund after that or a reshipment of the correct item.

Information will be collected when the customer checks out and provides their name, address, phone number, and email. All of this information will only be used to deliver the product and provide the customer with notifications.
